It's my favorite Chinese food on the planet.

Our family of four had lunch on Fathers Day at Yips. It was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. We loved the lady working there. She was so sweet and very attentive. The food was fabulous and we all had to bring some home because we got so much.

Service is great, and lots of selection in the buffet. Price is reasonable. Food is always hot and well circulated as they usually have a decent size lunch crowd.

This is the best place in the world! I love the owner and the food! Yips is my favorite restaurant ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely family owned Cantonese American takeout....They love their loyal customers and the food is classic old world Chinese AmericanSomething which is dying out.Large portions and excellent value.Love it ❤️

I've been eating here for over twenty years. It's still some of the best food I've ever eaten. Run by a wonderful family. I'd recommend to anyone!

The food is always great. The owner is very friendly. The portion of food they give you is very good for the price. They only do carry out now. I miss their buffet but I'm glad they are still open.

By far the Best Chinese food in town, and the only place you can get green pepper steak that is worth anything. Seriously Try the Green Pepper Steak!!

I ordered takeout tonight and it was the worst Chinese food I'd ever had. The temperature was ok but the flavor and texture was awful. The price was also way higher than their printed menus. Plus they didn't give us any soup (which is listed as included, on the menu). I took a chance on it but will never go again. Recommend you steer clear.

Such a sweet lady....Shes so sweet when u come in, call or see her out and about....Always offers us a table when we walk in...

Good food just hard to understand them

They do have some dine-in but they no longer have their buffet, they mostly do takeout. The pricing is very good and the woman who is affront is very very nice

AMAZING! The owner is so sweet and the food is amazing! The servings are very big and she even gave us an extra order of biscuits for free. They are carry out only right now but its sooo worth it. Will be returning!

I went on a Saturday at lunch time. They got my food ready super fast and the older lady there was so friendly, genuinely so. It was a very positive experience. Going to make this my weekend tradition. Also, food was delicious and very affordable.

Lady talks lots of jibber jabber and not have any dumplings.. lots of yelling in the back after I ordered my food. Possibly Asian slave labor ring being operated here. It also smelled like cat piss

Always great. Service is awesome, food fresh, good quality. Great value for the $. My only issue is when i ask for extra, extra, extra, extra, extra duck sauce for a $33. Order they give us 12. Even though we don't take any soy or hot mustard. Happy to pay extra for it:) My granddaughter has referred to the "mom" @this mom and pop, The Nice Chinese Lady sense she was 3 yr. She is soooo right.Your customer for ever!

Hands down my favorite Chinese place of all time! The Yips hot and spicy chicken is the best along with their egg rolls, and chicken corn soup!! The Yips are extremely hardworking people and they truly care about their customers. I have been eating there since I was a baby and Mrs. Yip knows my whole family's order by heart.

Generous servings, not overly sweet, quick service. I hope to return.

Good food and affordable

Big negative because they are carry out only now. No more Buffet. Price is not comparable to the value. Food has gotten worse over the years but it is better than the place over on Nichol Avenue, so that makes it the second worst Chinese restaurant in Anderson and Madison County.
